WP10 - Project Management and Coordination
WP10 aims to:
[1] Coordinate the actions of participants and progress monitoring for achievements of project goals;
[2] Manage all financial and administrative aspects;
[3] Be a reliable interface to the European Commission (EC), the external stakeholders and the public at large
[4] Manage the project data and risks.
